We are boutique producers of extra virgin olive oil, situated in Quairading, Western Australia. Our olive oil has high levels of antioxidants, and is gorgeously robust and complex- just like the soils our olive trees call home.
We only sell current season extra virgin olive oil (evoo) to our customers, because good evoo is essentially a fruit juice and should be consumed as close to pressing as possible.

We do not recommend this EVOO to people who don't like garlic and we highly recommend this oil to anyone who loves garlic but don't like peeling and chopping it.
The underlying EVOO is mild, and the garlic flavour adds a delicious level of complexity to whatever you are creating.
We love Garlic EVOO in our bread and dough recipes and we use it anytime we can't be bothered peeling a garlic clove. We promise, if you love garlic, one bottle of our Garlic EVOO wont be enough- you'll be using it for everything like us!
